With the rapid development of large-scale breeding, a large amount of feces of livestock manure are difficult to deal with. According to China’s Ministry of Agriculture, China produces nearly 4 billion tons of animal waste each year.

What would happen if we discharge animals manure to the natural environment without scientific dispoal?

TAGRM’s Suggestions

To take good advantage of these animal manure and make it become useful organic fertilizer by TAGRM’s compost turner.

1. Improve the organic contain to around 50%. Usually livestock manure should add some municipal waste and agricultural straw, wood ash should add some municipal sludge, etc.

2. Make a compost raw material pile that can be fit for the compost turner wo work in.

3. Turn, mix, crush and oxygenate the composting pile on a regular basis, some water or ferment may needed.

4. Check the fermentation process and result. When the smell of compost is ok, the color of compost close to brown color, the compost structure become loose, the C/N<0.6, temperature is stable and similar to temperature of environment, the fermentation is successful.

Packing and shipping
